The room was gorgeous and new-fashioned with a safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

The hotel served as a fantastic base for exploring the lovely area near the Achenseebahn and various restaurants. the units were exceptionally clean and featured a balcony, providing a comfortable space to relax. the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed the different room options, especially new-fashioned double room with balcony, a very comfortable bed, as for instance. Location: the hotel was close enough to the mountain and the Achenseebahn as well as the restaurant next door.

This place was fantastic, with friendly staff, spotless cleanliness, a lovely balcony, and an unbeatable location right in the center, plus a pizza restaurant nearby.

I stayed in a family room that had a really comfy bed and a nice balcony, just as I had hoped. 😊.

We loved the location and the view of the mountains and the Old Train. The hotel's staff was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Nothing, it was perfect.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. We enjoyed the soft water, which was gentle on our skin and hair. the big beds were very comfortable and ensured we had a good night's sleep. We appreciated the nice private parking area, and the fact that our small dog was welcomed too. Being able to rent bikes was a definite plus, and the gluten-free breakfast options with great views were a highlight.

The lack of clear communication about the reception hours was frustrating, and the reception being closed when we arrived was an inconvenience. It would have been helpful to have been informed in advance or have a note at the entrance.

Additionally, having a water fountain and coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Not to mention the balcony that provided breathtaking views, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
